Tube Boiler Installation - A
60m boiler house, constructed from 350t of steelwork, only allowed for
tight manoeuvring space. The bogey was mounted on railway lines welded
to the steel hanging rods at the top of the boiler house. A crane moved
the boiler into position and the weight was transferred to the strand
jacking system. |
